As we get older our bodies start to change. One of the most significant changes we start to see is with our appearance and overall complexion.

Skin deterioration can start with a minimal furrow between the eyes that may overtime continue to deepen and be more expressed. Next may be the fine lines that may start out as subtle lines, but overall become much more noticeable. Brown age spots may blossom into patches and range in severity from very mild to multiple patches. Brown age spots are mainly a result of sun damage through sun exposure and it usually years for them to show up.

The results of improper skin care or neglect are not pleasant. The time is now to start taking proper care of your skin and avoid any damage and future consequences of premature aging and sagging by using the most effective products, maintaining a healthy exercise routine and diet as well as making sure to use an SPF of 15+ to prevent the damaging effects of the sun's UV rays.
